anger management

i’m totallay messep up this couple of days lately.
i’m having a bit problem on controlling my emotion. i became easier and easier to get angry.
regardless of reasons i might have of doing so, its indeed something no good to keep.
so i search the inet and found this article. i just wanna share it, who knows it might be usefull for anyone else.

  • Take a “time out.” Although it may seem cliche, counting to 10 before reacting, or leaving the situation altogether, really can defuse your temper.
  • Do something physically exerting. Physical activity can provide an outlet for your emotions, especially if you’re about to erupt. Go for a brisk walk or a run, swim, lift weights or shoot baskets.
  • Find ways to calm and soothe yourself. Practice deep-breathing exercises, visualize a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase to yourself, such as “take it easy.” You can also listen to music, paint, journal or do yoga.
  • Once you’re calm, express your anger as soon as possible so that you aren’t left stewing. If you simply can’t express your anger in a controlled manner to the person who angered you, try talking to a family member, friend, counselor or another trusted person.
  • Think carefully before you say anything so that you don’t end up saying something you’ll regret. Write a script and rehearse it so that you can stick to the issues.
  • Work with the person who angered you to identify solutions to the situation.
  • Use “I” statements when describing the problem to avoid criticizing or placing blame. For instance, say “I’m upset you didn’t help with the housework this evening,” instead of, “You should have helped with the housework.” To do otherwise will likely upset the other person and escalate tensions.
  • Don’t hold a grudge. Forgive the other person. It’s unrealistic to expect everyone to behave exactly as you want.
  • Use humor to release tensions, such as imagining yourself or the other person in silly situations. Don’t use sarcasm, though — it’s just another form of unhealthy expression.
  • Keep an anger log to identify the kinds of situations that set you off and to monitor your reactions.
  • Practice relaxation skills. Learning skills to relax and de-stress can also help control your temper when it may flare up.

pak ustadz at sholat jumat sermon also said forgiving is the best way to ease any burden, hatred and grudge.
if any of those would’nt work, you just simply watch anger management.

gak jelas

i always wanna do something cool in many ways and many things.
as in blogging, i really wanna do the “writing”, you know like blogger seleb maybe..
they’re all great! first they got ideas and stuffs, then they manage to “print-it-out” in terms of words and sentences.
they express their feeling and thoughts with various ways that are often smart and creative.

i admit i cant do no writing.
its a pain in the ass for me, ever since at elementary school when my  teacher told me  to write stories.
FYI, i’m now starting to mixed up on my own topic! *duh, pathetic :(
i cant make my writing to be smooth and flowing and its very much easier to write in listing mode, like this :

RANDOM VOCABULARIES and INFOS (based on personal-yet-limited knowledge :D )
~ ni hao means how are you/hello in chinese
~ aoyun means olimpiad in chinese, many newly born baby was named after this, to appriciate china as the host of olimpiad game in year 2008 (and previous year that’s been canceled, i forgot)
~ wo means “i” in chinese, that makes wo ai ni means i love you, and wo pu ce tau means i dont know (regardless of its spell and wheter its correct or wrong :P )
~ ohio, konichiwa, konbanwa, oyasumi means good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good nite in japanese
~ ha ha means mother in japanese. i dont know, maybe its the sinonym of okasan.
~ tadaima – okaeri means i’m home – welcome back in japanese
~ kimochi means IT FEELS GOOD in japanese (xoxoxoxoxoxo..)

actually there are more vocabs and phrases i know, i just dont confident enough to share it with you, since i myself dont know wheter its correct or wrong. heheheheh.
btw, chinese-japanese-russian are languages i’d love to learn, sorted by priority and percentage of interest.

why those? coz those are languages from countries where their girls are cute, hot and sexy. fufufufufuf.. *teteup, gak adoh2 soko kodew :P
